disable audio recording permanently

I see how to disable audio recording for the current running instance, but not for the program as a whole. Is there a way to disable audio recording permanently?

This issue was encountered while using v1.2, is this something that broke in that version?

There are no sound in 1.1. In 1.2 I tried to add sound recording and failed, The library I used, CScore Audio has now better samples that show how to implement the audio recording. I didn't take the time to try them out yet =(
