Enabled state of parameters for better visual feedback

I think it would be a cool feature if parameters would have an additional enabled state. It would just be for richer visual feedback.

E.g. if the reverb section of a plugin is bypassed/turned off, all reverb parameters would be set disabled.
This way the host could e.g. display corresponding remote controls as disabled.
