Needs deployment instructions

Currently there are no instructions for deploying to production. These should be included, preferably for multiple different environments (heroku, AWS, etc)

I would add that the development setup instructions should also be enhanced by adding information about how to setup Google API keys and OpBeat keys. I still can not get the project to run on my local machine. I would like to help with this issue when I can run the project.

@jrogatis Do you have any direction on this? What are the current procedures among the core developers?

@smiller171 this app was designed to run at digital ocean FCC servers. But at the development cicle we use heroku. So the runs on both. We don't have any directions on that, what give you a open path for ideias ! ;-)
