Every time I restart the computer, I must re-download the relevant dependent libraries to run the code, because the loading speed is very full, can you explain how to save the dependent libraries in the computer

That is strange. What platform are you using? IIRC it usually saves dependencies to the local cache so I don't have to redownload every time.

I try it in both ubuntu20(virtual-machine) and windows 10
