What is the feature you think should be a good addition to Dangerzone?

We are currently providing instructions for building dangerzone on different platforms, but these are not tested by nightly CI jobs for instance, and can start to fail without us noticing.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

#1075 is one instance that we could have caught earlier with the proper checks implemented.
