Tags Module Simply Not Appearing

Hi there,

I just noticed that my Tags module interface icons are completely missing from the app, despite the module being up-to-date and activated. From what I can see from the demo site, the tags icon and interface should be here:

I've reinstalled the module from scratch, reset file permissions, and cleared cache, however nothing shows. I am logged in as an admin, and the setting [Users are allowed to manage tags] is checked.

Has anyone seen this before?

Double check that the module is actually activated.
Check errors in "Manage > Logs > App Logs".
Make sure everything is OK in "Manage > System".

Thanks for the response. Everything seems to checkout, as shown in these image. The log shows something not seemingly related to permissions, but let me know if that looks suspect. I don't have the ability to run as Root, so I can do little to affect file permissions. That said, I've hosted Freescout for years on this host, including with the Tags module activated, and never had issues before.

If still no luck, try to re-update your FreeScout using the manual updating method: https://github.com/freescout-help-desk/freescout/wiki/Updating-FreeScout#method-5-update-manually
