Unable to compile ipa in windows 7

It throws this error.

“Id: file not found: %ADT_ENV_VAR_26%”
“Compilation failed while executing: Id64″

Where in the comments people are saying they are getting the same errors and it seems to be an issue with trying to compile the ipa on a non mac machine. Is that right? Could you make a windows friendly one as I dont have a mac....

Same issue for me on Windows 7 64 bits. Please advise.
