現状 API 定義の書き方は https://github.com/aspida/aspida/ の README に誘導しているが、ドキュメント内で完結できたほうが嬉しそう

README との整合性を取るのが難しそうではあるものの、aspida は v1 であり frourio ほど breaking change が頻繁にあるわけではないのでどうにか…？

（私のキャパの問題で春以降）
