Display process list for current workspace only

Expectation:

1. Displays open windows and those assigned only to a specific workspace
2. When you click on the icon in the taskbar, only processes within a specific workspace are opened and hidden (switched)

Reality:

1. All processes are displayed
2. When you click on an icon, you may be switched to another workspace if the same application is open there

Motivation: process isolation, it pisses me off that I get thrown to another workspace
