JavaScript error 'the specified procedure could not be found'

Hi, I downloaded the free version, but every time I run the program this error appears 'A javascript error occurred in the main process: the specified procedure could not be found' see the screenshot below. I tried reinstalling Java, Microsoft redistribution and Barcode to PC, but none solved this error.
I am using windows 7 64-bit
I hope you can help.

For Widows 7 and 8 you should use the older v3.18.1 version: https://github.com/fttx/barcode-to-pc-server/releases/download/v3.18.1/barcode-to-pc-server.offline-installer.zip

I have windows 10, and also user have admin rights but still this errors occurs.
