Unfortunately, it’s a known issue that the ScrollableSheet doesn’t handle mouse wheel scrolling on desktop browsers, and it’s unlikely that this will be fixed in the near future. See this comment for more details.
That said, there’s a chance it might work on mobile browsers, though I haven’t had the chance to test it yet.
