See if we give props something like UnwrapRef<>

Type UnwrapRef<PushButtonTheme> is not assignable to type InferPropType<PropType<PushButtonTheme>>

Its this coming from the props section of a component with PropType or when assigning a ref to a component value like

const modalBaseRef = ref<InstanceType<typeof ModalBase>|null>(null)
