I have a FxBlox Lite Plus (RK1) (pending XL device) and I have the following issues.
After drive formatting , I have 0.00 capacity showing on my phone app. I do not have an external drive as I purchased the device with 1 TB of disk space so I have assumed after formatting, it would say 1 TB ?
On the iPhone App page where we format and it shows the drive, it states “To proceed successfully you need to attach an external storage to the FxBlox”. Of course I would be disappointed if this were the case as I paid for the device to have 1 TB internal storage. Is external storage required for ALL devices and 1 TB storage will be sent at another time or does my current device have internal storage? How can I tell?
I am unable to connect to WiFi. I’m thinking (hoping) that “maybe” this is the reason why the app shows 0.00 KB and it will show correctly (1 TB) once WiFi is connected.
As shown on the images, there is full strength WiFi and it does connect and then after 5 seconds, the app states that the device has “No Internet Connection”. Whether I have mobile data on or off, same. Any suggestions on why it would not connect to my WiFi ?
Device now blinks light cyan and formatting was completed (assuming internal drive).
How can I start from scratch again?
On the 2 attached images, I have also pressed [format] again and there is no change when I it completes.
Is there new firmware coming out ?
Suggestions? , Thoughts?

To answer your first multi-part question. You should have received a Blox with internal storage, you can verify by either opening the device or looking at the barcode on the original box. As detailed in the official docs This is what the barcode of a blox that came with 1TB internal storage should look like.
Also that error message shown in the picture, is outdated, it should read "To proceed successfully, you need to attach internal or external storage to the Blox!"
Now, to answer your second multipart question. Since you said your Blox is blinking cyan/light-blue and you have connected to the Blox wifi, it should show the internal storage capacity (assuming you do have internal storage). If it is the case that you do have internal storage, then you will want to check and manually format the drive following these steps.
Finally, if you want to start from scratch again, you will want to uninstall/reinstall the FxBlox app and start from these instructions again. Kepp in mind, this process wont do anything to your internal drive, so if the drive is still not properly formatted, you may just run into this same problem again.
If you want more 1 on 1 help hmu on Telegram or Discord @legendofmar. Maybe we can get on a call to sort out this formatting issue.
