Exported file doesn't seem to be well-formatted

Hi,

All seems to be good when exporting some data to an xlsx : Excel successfully opens the file and it's how it's supposed to be.
However if I try to import the exported file (tested with modules 'xlsx-to-json' and 'excel'), file appears to be empty.
If I open the file with Excel and save it, it will work perfectly.
Any idea ?

this is my exported file name: xxxx_2015/3/4_2015/3/10
in fact exported file name : xxxx_2015%2F3%2F4_2015%2F3%2F10
