I can create style.xml to perform the desired wrapping, alignment and locked the cell or not. How do I specify to apply the styles to individual cell ?

Another question is how to 'protect' the worksheet with 'Select unlocked cells' ? So, the exported Excel will allow users to edit certain fields only.
