Want to see how it performs when several requests are simultaneously submitted to the service

Should this still be open? I feel like Steve has said this is completed and the container service mostly works with several submitted @blue442 @BenGalewsky

This one might benefit from additional scoping, but my sense at this point is that it stands up when hit with a small (~5) number of requests when tested locally. I would like to see how it does once integrated into the larger system (my hunch is that it will do better) - but I'm guessing that this may be outside the scope of this specific issue. So long as we can agree on that (@BenGalewsky?), I think it's fine to close.
