SHD/USK Pair is off by 2 digits due to decimal_delta in FIN #2

When using the Funttastic Humming Bot pure_market_making/v_1_0_0 with the pair SHD/USK pricing is wrong by factor 100 (2 digits)

Assuming this is because of a different FIN Config for this Pool, with decimal_delta=2
