General tidy up

I am keen to :

• modernize the setup.py

• add a conda install

• merge develop into main

• perhaps rename package fusion-openmc-dagmc-wrapper ?

• make a release

I'm happy with all that, except the new name maybe.

I find it a bit long even if I get the idea of having something very specific
Other options would be fusion-neutronics or fusion-openmc or fusion-openmc-dagmc

If we want to be super specific we could have openmc-dagmc-wrapper-with-reflective-surfaces 😛
