It is definitely not a local network issue, maybe the polling frequency is too high and the API refuses to answer? I think we cannot solve this without support from the Dev. |

I was able to fix it, go to the device configuration menu in HA and change "Zone Scan Interval" from 180 to 360 seconds. I tried 300s first, but that was too short, still had some outages. With 360s it works since 2 days now. |

Hm, sorry, I have no idea what the difference is, for me 360/60/600 works. And in Italy it's colder than in Germany, WTF? |

Have you tried disabling the integration for a few hours? |

No, in the meantime I found out that there are several bugs open for this issue, see #331 and #332 and #337 and #338 |

Hi! First of all thanks for this integration, I have an Elco Aerotop Split heat pump and was able to install the integration without issues. I assume it uses some fallback config, because it shows some (gas related) entities that are not relevant for a heat pump and some others are missing. But basically it works, except for the frequent unavailability of the entities.
Example: Outside Temperature:
Any Idea what the reason for these outages is?
Thanks in advance!
