What happened?

I have a Serbian (Latin) language profile and it does not come with any dictionaries or models. Hence I've downloaded these and tried to import. None of the import operations work, however.
I managed to import the multilingual voice recognition model for German but for Serbian it does not show up after performing the import operation.
The same goes for the dictionary.
