Make devices more easily distinguishable

So there are two issues that lead to me being unable to distinguish devices at first glance, leading to confusion.

• Inputs, monitors and outputs all have the same icon. In the Readme screenshot there are also microphone icons, but those don't appear for me and I can't tell from the screenshot what they symbolize (inputs?).
• Due to the names being cut off after a fairly short length of characters, what ends up being displayed is the exact same string for multiple devices ("Built-In Audio ..."). I have to hover over the names to see the full device name, which is inconvenient.

So here are some suggestions:

• Use different icons for input, output and monitor devices respectively.
• Use 2 lines for the name with word wrap.
