clean up soundfiles

All wav files without a matching yaml are orphans, or rec. attempts deleted by user.
-> These should be removed in a safe way so the removal does not affect the database.

The soundfiles recorded on the website so far are all stereo, but should be mono.
-> They should be batch-converted to mono and replace-uploaded
in a safe way so the conversion does not affect the database.
