I tried https://g200kg.github.io/webaudio-tinysynth/simple.html and Steel Drums (instrument number 115 or 114) at the high-quality setting seem to be tuned higher than other instruments.

Is this obvious in the source code, or do all instruments require a listening check?

Does "GM" in the readme mean "General MIDI"? Nice work of reproducing each of those timbres with two kinds of synthesizers! I'm looking forward to trying more of your instruments (I haven't tried all 2x128 yet :)).

Higher notes seem more in tune than lower ones.
