Covr CodeCov broken #9

In recent builds, the codecov fails despite R-CMD-Check being succesful, the handed over protocol is currently unaccessible. The last working build has not changed any aspect of covr.

Needs a fix, yet coverage is only a metric, while the testthat cases are successful.
