This is more a suggestion, rather than an issue with the code.
I skimmed through the notes and noticed you use interactions and factor notation with Stata14. You should be aware that there is a small bug with dummies and factor notation in Stata14. For instance, if you try to use selected dummies (say 1.sex#2.educ) it will some times generate all interactions, even if not requested.
This is no longer a problem in Stata15 or above, and I only noticed while working with Some DID commands (jwdid).
