Dear Developers,

I have a doubt, does this program generate reads by assuming a circular genome?
If not, is there a chance to make it possible?

Hi Enzo!

Sadly, the reads' raffle engine of Sandy can't deal with circular chromosomes in realistic way yet.
But it's a good suggestion!
Probably this feature will be implemented for the next release.
