endless loop in TrueTypeEmbeddedFontWriter::WriteLoca #153

In TrueTypeEmbeddedFontWriter::WriteLoca method you have code:

for(unsigned short i=0;i<mSubsetFontGlyphsCount + 1;++i)
mPrimitivesWriter.WriteULONG(inLocaTable[i]);

If mSubsetFontGlyphsCount==0xFFFF the cicle will be endless
