dashboard rev is not updated after upgrade

we should update the rev in the dashboard after install completes. notice installed version remains at previous rev while other apps get updated rev numbers.

I think this is if you have pushed directly to the dashboard from kanso...

I should have it check for conflicts and keep the highest available version, seems to make sense.
