Deleting categories from the sysadmin categories management area no longer works. May be serverside or client side. Unit test to be written, bug fixed and rolled out as a hotfix.

So the first step on this task is to create a hotfix branch from master. When on the master branch use git checkout -b 'hotfix/deletingCategories' to create the branch
