Seems that the windows version is not picking up the configuration file.
spctl throws an "unauthorized" message coming from the server.
Please add more debug output on config file opening/processing to understand.

Update: enabled debug in branch.
Seems that ini is not correctly parsed in Windows when securepass.conf

Update: opened go-ini/ini#36
This is linked to case sensitive behavour in ini files.
