Occurrence drawer: loader is gone. Showing stale data.

The loader is very unstable. It will only show occasionally. And for the most time not. That means that it will just show the current context while waiting, giving the user no way of knowing that something is loading. And worse is that it will then update text content, but images comes in seconds later.

My guess is that this is due to the design of handling data loading and skeleton loaders in the routing layer?
