skos-concept altLabels and skos-notes do not work with more than one language supplied

If multiple languages are supplied as the new skos-label functionality supports, neither altLabels nor skos-notes will be displayed with the current templates. To fix this, we would need a more complex template for skos-label, considering a difference between strings and arrays.
