Gradle build cannot have dependencies on visualisation

If there are any Dashboard entities in packs then it is not possible to have gradle dependencies on Visualisation entities as these live in another git repo.

We could consider migrating the visualisation entities into this repo , either leaving the .js code behind or bringing it all over. This would not be straight forward as the visualisations have uuids injected by a build script to produce multiple sets of entities.
