Write attack for naive averaging

primarily meant for use with DP (differential privacy) anonymization.

Basic idea will be to select sets of pseudo-identifiers (like we already do for dumb list attack), and then query those repeatedly with a guessed column to determine if the true answer is 1 or 0.

Will need some method for gauging confidence as the attack progresses, so as to know when to quit.
