What command or commands

How should a feature do

By pressing a key (lets say <C-i>) opens upa temp editor with vim motions and very basics of vim. Something similar to how pressing ge does it for editing URL.

I am coming from using surfingkeys and this feature in that plugin was very nice. I have not seen it in similar vim like plugin. I know there are special plugins for this purpose (for example fire.nvim opens a real nvim buffer for textbox), but they are slow. I ) something very minimal would do very nicely in this plugin.

Thanks
