I want to rename this fork 'Kaleidoglyph' to make it easier to keep it clear that it's distinct from Kaleidoscope, and to give it its own version numbers, which might convince me to take better care of the commit history.

To do this completely, I will also need to rename (or make renamed clones of) the affected repositories, including Arduino-Boards.

This is also about refactoring the code to switch from the kaleidoscope namespace to kaleidoglyph.
