问题描述 / Describe Bugs

web服务下，不能预加载后续章节，导致阅读时某些加载较慢书源临时加载，有时会引发加载失败

复现步骤 / How to reproduce

选择一本书，web服务阅读到最新进度，手机长按该书籍（不要点进去阅读），查看目录，未能预加载后续章节
