After 3 month of operating in my office one of my UPS board suddenly started to squeak (load was connected as usual ~1A and UPS was powered with stabilized laboratory power source). After some time the charging current rises from typical 2A to 3.5A+ and that's freak me a lot. When I disassemble UPS the IP5328 was like 120 C hot! IP5328 lay direct under one of battery, so it will heat the Li-Ion with is not safe and it can blow!
I read an review on this UPS on GeeekPi store on Aliexpres, that someone's UPS burnout and burns the Rpi with. And this my be a reason why.
The solution can be in re-pleasing IP5328 out from under the battery, for example near the STM32.
Another impotent thing is to figure out why IP5328 becomes damaged and starts heating and start's charging batteries with 3.5A and higher.
