I have the issue that since a few days my UPS+ kind of wants to overcharge the batteries.
I'm currently using Samsung INR18650 29E batteries but with different batteries from another manufacturer I had the same issues.
Above 4,50V the device is doing strange squeeking noises? How can I get rid of these problems?

I have no idea how you got the battery to 4.48 and why the UPS thinks it can get it to 5.4V, but I'd be very worried about an explosion and a house fire. Those cells, like most, go up to 4.2V, in fact I think I even have two of those here too (the UPS would not stop charging them, but they never went above 4.2V obviously).
