Proposal

I would like to add rising bars game using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. A game where the multiple blocks rise constantly and the ball shouldn't fall down or up or touch the walls and need to be maintained inside the box otherwise, the player loses. The player can control/move the ball using the arrow keys on the keyboard and the player has the option to resume and pause the game. The PLayer can change the settings.
I would like to contribute under DCP'21.

I have 4 js files should i create folder inside js folder?
