Separate docker_obsolete_packages for Debian and RedHat OS-Family #496

Changes:

  • update docker_obsolete_packages in README.md.
  • Add docker-compose, docker-compose-v2 packages to the docker_obsolete_packages in defaults/main.yml.
  • update the package name to name: "{{ docker_obsolete_packages }}" in Ensure old versions of Docker are not installed. task in tasks/setup-RedHat.yml.
  • Add new Debian.yml and RedHat.yml files in /vars directory.

Hi @geerlingguy,

As we discussed, I’ve created a new PR that focuses solely on the docker_obsolete_packages variable. It still touches five files (vars/Debian.yml, vars/RedHat.yml, tasks/setup-RedHat.yml, defaults/main.yml, and the README.md), but the change itself is straightforward and necessary for keeping things up to date.
