python3-openshift is apparently only available in (unstable) sid #17

The requirement to install python3-openshift breaks my installation which is still using Bullseye. I just commented it out for now.

This addition just peremptorily fixes an upcoming deprecation. Would it not be better to put this in a role requirement where it is actually used?
