Proposals for requesting access to the data should include the following information: 



[Requester's details: (title) name and surname, full address, contact details]

[Title of the project] [Principal investigator, if different from the requester]



Dear colleagues,

We would like to request access to the meta-analysis results summary from the GWAS of IPF study [citation] to be used in [brief description of the project and the aims where this data will be used]. 

Hereafter, the requester agrees to: 

* Use the data only as part of that indicated research.

* Not redistribute the data outside the project without permission.

* Acknowledge the provenance of the data in any dissemination of results.
