Enhancement: Allow for Honorable Mentions using Custom Award Categories

Is your enhancement or feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes (see #1435) though this isn't limited to that use-case. I tried creating a Custom Award Category to work around the fact that particular comp calls its awards 'Best of Show' because they are a single-style competition. (sub-style really) And also to try to get more than one Honorable Mention possible (see #1537) but this feature doesn't appear to allow anything but numerical places to be awarded.

The ability to recognize Honorable Mentions with a Custom Award Category.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
We simply resorted to one of them being designated as '4th place' which isn't ideal.
