Dear @yantosca

In the output file, the unit for sea salt is mod mod-1 dry. How to convert it to ng m^-3?

Thank you very much!

Best regards

You may find the AerosolMass diagnostic collection more suitable for your needs. That collection saves out sea salt concentrations in mg/m3. Simply enable (uncomment) that collection in HISTORY.rc to save it out.

Dear @msulprizio @yantosca

Thank you for your help!

In GEOSChem.SpeciesConc.20190xxxx_0000z.nc4 file, the following is displayed. This should be the output file corresponding to HISTORY.rc, right? But this file should only contain emission data, not transport, right? Additionally, I also need to know about the marine organic aerosols (POA), which should be MOPI and MOPO. But I couldn't find MOPI and MOPO in GEOSChem.SpeciesConc.2019xxxx_0000z.nc4. I find MOPI and MOPO in the HEMCO_diagnostics.2019xxxx0000.nc file, but their units are mod mod-1 dry? Moreover, does the GEOS-Chem model not include marine secondary organic aerosol (SOA)?

These questions are very important to me. Thank you for your help!

Best regard
