URL aliases ignored on added layers

Description

URL aliases used for domain sharding are ignored when a layer is added to the map.

How to reproduce

• configure URL aliases
• add a layer to the map

Expected Result
Aliases are used for requests.

Current Result
Only the main URL is used for requests.

Investigation outcome

The issue occurs during an auto-search, where URLs with domain aliases are ignored. However, this issue does not occur when a new service is added or when performing a new search on an existing service. It only happens after an initial set of results is loaded, and a further search is performed—at which point the domain is ignored.
Btw, this is not a regression but an existing issue, as it occurs only in specific cases, as explained above
