Test GeoNode 3.3.x with the upgrage to Geoserver 2.19.x

@ElenaGallo we need to run a full test of https://development.demo.geonode.org, considering also the upgrade to Geoserver 2.19.x.
Please adtopt and integrate Cocumber for this run (let me know when you're done with GN 3.2.x project so that I can clone the new one for GN 3.3.x).

FYI we already found two problems:

• with the GeoPackage download format (which is a new feature of GN 33.x + GS 2.19.x): mapstore client does not let download geopackage from geoserver GeoNode/geonode-mapstore-client#509
• with the Style Editor. New styles cannot be editated because of an issue within MapStore MapStore must not rely on the workspace prefix inside the style names returned by GetCapabilities GeoNode/geonode-mapstore-client#519

@ElenaGallo I've created a new issue to test annotations (attached to this epic).
Please also test that the problem about editing styles has been fixed geosolutions-it/MapStore2#7422

I haven't reviewed the results on Cucumber, but if there's something relevant please open new issues.
