Cannot run docker stack error RLIMIT_NPROC #7223

Trying to launch the docker stack, seems the workers fail to start new threads. On the host there are around 600 processes, so not sure what could be limiting the container:

Ok so upgrading from Docker 19.03.111 to Docker 24.0.9 fixed that issue.
