System won't boot with kernel current.6.12.12-313

Summary

I'm on lts kernel 6.6.75 if I switch to current.6.12.12-313 my system is not booting.
I got the error messages:

Error preparing initrd: Device error
start_image () returned Device Error

Reboot and Select a proper Boot Device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

Steps to reproduce

1 . Be on lts kernel 6.6.75
2. Switch to current kernel 6.12.12 via sudo clr-boot-manager set-kernel com.solus-project.current.6.12.12-313
3. Reboot

Expected result

System should be booting.

Actual result

System is not booting.
