Add modelReferences

The aim is to add model references to the vocabulary part in the schema.

@naouelkaram During the workshop you have shown your capabilities for an automatic mapping between one of the ontologies in the TS and our vocabulary. I would ask you now to do this now again for separate aspects.

@naouelkaram Could you take care to prepare a mapping of the latest version of ease here in the repository with:

• CHEBI
• ENVO

(Altough I have noted down the envo IDs that particular workshop is very long ago and the schema changed significantly since then. So it would be cool if you could do this mapping for envo as well.)

Please provide me with a list of URIs and concepts of the 100% matches (maybe as csv). I will add the URIs to the schema then. Lets start with these two ontologies. We will do this later for other topics and ontologies as well to make the reference.
